Terms and Conditions for Vigor

1. Introduction Welcome to Vigor. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Vigor is a platform owned and operated in Kuwait that connects users ("Sports Enthusiasts") with third-party service providers ("Providers") such as gyms, academies, trainers, and nutritionists.

2. User Accounts

  • You must create an account to access features.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

  • Users must provide accurate information (Name, Phone Number, etc.).

3. Services and Bookings

  • Platform Role: Vigor acts solely as an intermediary. We do not own or operate the gyms or academies listed, nor do we employ the trainers directly.

  • Booking: When you book a session, you enter into a contract directly with the Service Provider.

  • Availability: All bookings are subject to the availability of the Service Provider.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are processed securely through the app.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the Service Provider you booked with. Vigor will facilitate valid refund requests but is not financially liable for Provider cancellations.

5. User Conduct & Social Features

  • Vigor includes social networking features (comments, likes, posts).

  • You agree not to post content that is offensive, illegal, or harasses others.

  • Vigor reserves the right to remove any content or ban users violating these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Physical Risk: Engaging in sports activities involves physical risk. Vigor is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages occurring during sessions booked through the app.

  • Provider Quality: While we verify providers, Vigor is not responsible for the quality or safety of the services provided by the third parties.

7. Intellectual Property All content, logos (including the Vigor brand), and software within the app are the property of Vigor and protected by copyright laws.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
